For over 20 years, Betsy has worked with start-up organizations to Fortune 500 companies, partnering with seasoned C-suite executives as well as emerging leaders. As a graduate of the University of Nebraska, Betsy discovered the importance of applying positive psychology in human interactions. She is a certified Strong Interest Inventory Coach, graduate of Who You are Leadership, a graduate of Lead Self Lead Others and a coach of Clifton StrengthsFinder. She resides in Omaha with her husband and their two rescue dogs.
