Gina holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Howard University, Washington, DC, and a Master of Science in Industrial Psychology from George Washington University, Washington DC. Her certifications include Cornell University, Diversity and Inclusion Certificate program, The DiSC & Myers Briggs, Change Style Indicator, Crucial Conversations, Thomas Kilman, Strong Strength Finding, Emotional Intelligence 2.0, and Covey Speed of Trust. The CEO and President of the consulting company WCG, Inc., Gina is an advocate/fundraiser for those suffering from Alzheimers and cancer. She also teaches indoor cycling/spinning and is known at the health club as “Vitamin G.”
