A Chicago native, Nathalie graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a BS in Psychology and also received an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management. A continuous learner, she is currently completing her doctoral program in Business Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (HRCI), a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional. She is also certified in DiSC, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, and has experience in other personality assessments. She has been trained by the Workplace Bullying Institute to help the prevention of bullying in the workplace. Nathalie currently resides in Ann Arbor, MI with her two sons and sister. In her very limited spare time, Nathalie enjoys reading books on leadership.

Nathalie is a passionate HR leader who strives for excellence every day. I had the opportunity to work with Nat as she led Diversity & Inclusion for Kellogg and later during a major HR Transformation on Program GO!. Nat was able to provide leadership on creating an inclusive culture and partner with me to integrate diversity and inclusion into various talent programs. In her role in Program GO!, Nat worked to help define the competencies needed to move to a more strategic HR function. Nat is inclusive in her work style and easily partners with others to drive high performing cultures.
